November 2005 saw the start of FoneSolutions Trowbridge. An idea conceived as a result of redundancy from a Nokia service centre environment. We saw the potential for providing quick and efficient service solutions for mobile phones including on-site repairs, unlocking, accessories and new and used phones. From day one we decided if we couldn’t repair something we wouldn’t charge. This proved popular for our customers as they had nothing to lose by bringing their phone in for repair. As time went by we expanded our original unit in Trowbridge and eventually late on in 2007 we made the jump to Bath. Adopting the same ideas as trowbridge we have proved to be a valuable asset to the people of Bath and the other mobile phone retailers locally as a non warranty service option.
